The Buffalo National River is undammed and running free! It is one of only a handful residual undammed and free-streaming waterways in the lower 48 states.

It goes through rapids and calm pools. On a radiant day, it shimmers like jewels. The waterway is encompassed by huge feigns. We are acclimated with getting out their names. There is Big Bluff, Jim’s Bluff, Red Bluff, and Goats Bluff just to give some examples.

The Buffalo River has kept on being a consecrated place and a vital piece of my life for well more than 60 years. The stones on the waterway’s base are hidden.
